2026 Slides

The ISHLT TTX Registry is pleased to share analyses from the 2026 TTX Registry, available to members, health care providers, and the public. The information includes recipient and donor characteristics, annual trends in selected characteristics, and post-transplant survival data stratified by age group (adult and pediatric) and organ type (heart and lung). The data include transplants reported by Registry partners in Australia, Brazil, Canada, Colombia, Hong Kong, India, Israel, Saudi Arabia, Scandinavia, South Korea, Spain, Thailand, the United Arab Emirates, the United Kingdom, and the United States.

PowerPoint core slides with Registry data figures and tables are available for use in presentations and reports. The core Registry report will be published in the Journal of Heart and Lung Transplantation (JHLT), with citation information added to the slides when available. In addition, four focus theme articles analyzing trends and survival by recipient sex across adult and pediatric heart and lung transplantation will be published in JHLT.

The 2026 Annual Report slides include donor and recipient descriptive data, annual data trends, and unadjusted one-year and five-year conditional survival for adult and pediatric heart and lung transplant recipients.
