Accessing Reports

1. Click the link at the top right section of the ISHLT Transplant Registry main page.

2. The Search page will display. Select your Hospital, Report and the Organ type.  When finished, click the Search button.

3. The report will display.  
   
   

4. You may build a different report from this screen by selecting the organ and report type from the top of the page and clicking the Search button.
